A winning team. The owners of the company are Jerry Leiderman and Dave Mandel. Mr. Leiderman began his career in the real estate industry in 1972. He was president of Lakeland Developments Limited and the National Commercial Group of companies. Since 1984, his companies have been active in residential real estate development in the Kitchener-Waterloo market and have been responsible for numerous outstanding projects, including the award-winning Bennington Woods community in Waterloo. Mr. Mandel has been active in the residential real estate industry for over twenty years. His activities have included involvement in numerous development projects in Ontario and Florida, and has been actively involved in bringing to fruition the 2500 home 'Richmond Heights' community in Richmond Hill. In 1994, the two established Laurel View Homes. Innovation, Professionalism, and Customer Satisfaction are the key words in the mission statement of Laurel View Homes. These few words summarize the guiding principles under which this company operates. The goal is to create communities that are fully planned, built, and marketed by their own management team. Multifamily, as well as single-family communities have now been built utilizing this credo of 'innovation, professionalism, and customer satisfaction'.
