Expanding their knowledge base and finding new abilities in the all-encompassing challenge of building custom homes led Frank and Vince to apply what they had learned to the residential market. The transition was seamless when this versatile team started building small subdivisions throughout the GTA.

By conventional standards Rodeo is a conservative builder, building only 50 to 100 homes a year, everything from luxury town homes to multi-million dollar homes. The Rodeo Homes philosophy is simple: to build in small quantities rather than high volumes to ensure that every detail is correct and each home is built with pride.
