Last month, we posted about Adi Development Group’s first high-rise condo development in Burlington, Nautique Lakefront Residences. What did we say about it? Oh yeah, we said that Nautique marks the beginning of a design renaissance for the city, and just a few days before the preview opening, we stand by that statement.  

The preview opening will be your first opportunity to view the Nautique floor plans, admire the scale model building, and tour the beautifully designed model suite. Of course, you will also be able to take advantage of preview pricing!

To experience the high-end design first hand, you’ll have to tour the model suite, showcasing the Norte floor plan. The Norte is a 576 square foot, one+den floor plan with a southern exposure (Lake Ontario is to the south in case you’re new to Canada).  

What we like about the Norte is the decent sized den. Too often, little nooks and what can barely be considered a walk-in closet are labelled as a den on a floor plan, but this one is actually large enough to have some breathing room. Plus, the sliding glass doors open up to the kitchen, so you have the option to have a quiet private space or a more open social space.

Speaking of walk-in closets, there are two closets off the bedroom that are pretty spacious! Basically, it’s a smart floor plan that makes good use of every square inch, and that makes sense since Adi Development Group has a layout design philosophy called IntelliSpace, which prioritizes making the most of any living area.

Nautique will also have two floors of amenity spaces. On the sixth floor, there will be a large outdoor terrace. On the 18th floor, you will find the Sky Lounge, which features a swimming pool and whirlpool, fire pits, an indoor/outdoor dining area, a lounge, a fitness centre, and of course, all these spaces are designed to have lake views!
