Locals and interested purchasers flocked to the event to get a look at Aristo's strong layouts and features and mingle with their future neighbours.

Designed by Kirkor Architects, the tower will reach 21 storeys to the sky. It will include 285 units, from one bedroom plus den to two bedrooms, ranging in size from 626 - 943 sq. ft. Each suite will come with premium plank laminate flooring, 9ft ceiling heights, modern kitchen cabinetry and stone countertops.

"Aristo's interior spaces demanded posh design, and for this I took my cue form the hip modernity of Europe's finest fashion houses and hotels", explained Alessandro Munge of Munge Leung Interior Design, who designed the interiors at Aristo.

Located just off of the Sheppard - Yonge subway station, the location is perfect for anyone who is looking  for a downtown condominium without the quick and fast downtown lifestyle. Whole Foods Market, The Keg Steakhouse, Mel Lastman Square and North York Central Library are all at your doorstep.

Tridel is a builder whose reputation speaks for itself.. This award winning developer currently hold the 2010 Ontario High Rise Builder of the Year (awarded by Tarion,) as well as the 2010 High Rise Green Builder of the Year (awarded by the Building Industry and Land Development Association.)

Some of their highlight projects include 300 Front St. West, Reve, the James Cooper Mansion and Ultra Ovation, among other impressive high-rise developments.

Prices at Aristo at Avonshire start in the low $300,000’s.
