With no more than two staff members in the retail area, it is rare for customers to encounter others. Bluebird Self Storage, in partnership with NYX Capital Corp., opened a flagship facility at 1450 Don Mills Rd. (south of York Mills Rd.) in Toronto. A retrofit of the former National Post building, the 151,000 net rentable square feet (NRSF) facility is located near Highway 401 and the Don Valley Parkway.
