Bond Lake Opens its doors to Richmond Hill

Potential homeowners lined up for hours to get a glimpse of the latest release of townhomes at Bond Lake Village, a development by Fieldgate Homes. 

 

Bond Lake Village, a development located at Bayview Ave. and Old Colony Rd, is a master-planned community that offers a wide variety of models for purchasers to choose from.  This specific release was for its townhome series, with designs ranging from ‘The Cedar’ at 1,504 Sq. Ft., to ‘The Aspen’ at 1,902 Sq. Ft., features and finishes at Bond Lake include architecturally designed brick and stone exteriors, gourmet kitchens and luxury bathroom features. 

The activity was brisk, and the team at Fieldgate received nothing but warm reviews from those who dropped by the Grand Opening.  Families, young professionals and single professionals were all in line to be the first to see what Bond Lake Village had to offer.  All in all, it was a great day to buy a home in Richmond Hill!
