Brampton, Milton, and Oakville are the most popular cities for new low-rise sales

The latest report from Trimart Research Corporation lists the top five cities in the Total Market Area (TMA) with the highest new low-rise sales so far this year. Unsurprisingly, Brampton is in first with 4,547 year-to-date (YTD) sales. Milton is in second with 989 sales, and Oakville is following closely in third with 975 sales. East Gwillimbury saw many new sales recently and now has 924 YTD sales, while Barrie also saw a jump to 809 sales. According to Trimart, there are over 20 new openings and releases scheduled over the next couple months, so there will be a big jump in low-rise site traffic.

Listed below are a few notable low-rise sites of the last month:

Greenbrook Village - via Lakeview Homes Greenbrook Village - via Lakeview Homes

Placing first on this week’s Trimart Hot Spots report is Greenbrook Village by Lakeview Homes. This Shelburne community had 25 sales last month. The detached homes at Greenbrook Village range from 1,160 to 3,240 square feet and are available on 40’ lots. Prices start at just $279,990. If you’re looking for incredible value for a detached home, this is definitely a community you need to check out.

Kingmeadow - via Minto Kingmeadow - via Minto

The second position is taken by Kingmeadow, Minto’s Oshawa community. With a number of successful phases, Kingmeadow is no stranger to the Hot Spots list. Last month there were 20 sales at Kingmeadow. The available townhomes range from 1,775 to 1,862 square feet and start as low as $397,990. The 36’ and 43’ detached homes are temporarily sold out, but there will be a new release coming this weekend!

Taking the third spot is Mayfield Village by Aspen Ridge Homes. Last month, the community had 17 sales. This expansive Brampton master-plan features a wide variety of home types including 20’ and 25’ townhomes, 30’ and 32’ semis, as well as 38’ and 45’ detached homes. The homes range from 1,487 to 3,227 square feet, with prices starting at $421,990. Aspen Ridge Homes' Phase 2 is opening tomorrow, so expect to see Mayfield Village on another Hot Spots report very soon.

Creekside - via Sundial Homes Creekside - via Sundial Homes

Following closely in fourth is Creekside, a Sundial Homes community in East Gwillimbury that had 16 sales last month. The community features 32’, 40’, and 50’ detached homes, ranging from 1,348 to 5,133 square feet with prices starting at $559,990. East Gwillimbury is destined for a lot of growth, so any homebuyers eyeing the area are about to make a great investment.

Vales of Humber - via Greenpark Vales of the Humber - via Greenpark

Snagging the final spot on this week’s Trimart report is Vales of the Humber, Greenpark’s Brampton community that saw 15 sales last month. If you want a large lot in Brampton, then Vales of the Humber is the community for you. The 50’ detached designs are sold out, but there are 55’, 86’, and even 100’ lots available, with homes ranging from 3,170 to 7,683 square feet. Prices start at $835,990 and range up to more than $1.5 million.
