Brampton’s New Low-Rise Sales are Uncatchable

According to Trimart Research Corporation, the Total Market Area (TMA) has racked up 14,113 new low-rise year-to-date (YTD) sales as of the end of August 2014. The top 10 cities in the TMA account for 65 percent of the YTD sales. Brampton is still the top selling city this year with 3,398 sales. Milton is following in a distant second with 1,013 sales, and Toronto is way back in third with just 805 sales. Trimart predicts that September will have the most low-rise sales in 2014 because there are over 20 openings and new releases scheduled.

Listed below are a few notable low-rise sites of the last month:

mattamy homes Mount Pleasant North - via Mattamy Homes

The first position on this week’s Trimart report is taken by a Trimart veteran, Mattamy Homes. Not only do they frequently occupy the Trimart report, they are very often in first place. This week, Mattamy’s Mount Pleasant North/Village tops the list with 56 sales last month. Located in the TMA’s top selling city, Brampton, Mount Pleasant North/Village features village homes, three-storeys towns, and 30’ and 38’ detached homes. The homes range from 612 to 2,808 square feet, and prices start as low as $202,990.

Mackenzie - via Zancor Homes Mackenzie - via Zancor Homes

Coming in second with 45 sales last month is the Mackenzie Collection by Zancor Homes in Woodbridge. The Mackenzie Collection consists of stunning towns and semis, ranging from 1,605 to 2,204 square feet. Zancor is known for their luxurious features and finishes; when you buy with Zancor, your home is typically already significantly upgraded. The homes of Mackenzie start at $579,990.

Bridle Path - via Urbancorp Bridle Path - via Urbancorp

The third spot is snagged by Bridle Path, Urbancorp’s luxury townhome community in Toronto. The homes of Bridle Path range from 1,960 to 2,270 and prices start at $1,259,990. Located in Forest Hill, these townhomes feature modern designs and are surrounded by some of Toronto’s most beautiful tree-lined streets. This community will definitely boost Forest’ Hill’s already flawless reputation.

The Preserve - via Remington Homes The Preserve - via Remington Homes

Coming in a close fourth with 39 sales last month is The Preserve by Remington Homes. This Oakville community features detached homes on 34’ and 38’ lots, ranging from 2,157 to 3,247 square feet. Prices for these incredible homes start at $772,990. Every collection that Remington has released has sold out almost instantly, so you should keep your eye out for the next one!

Fields of Conlin II - via Greycrest Homes Fields of Conlin II - via Greycrest Homes

The fifth position is held by The Fields of Conlin II by Greycrest Homes, an Oshawa community that saw 18 sales last month. The detached homes of The Field of Conlin II range from 1,739 to 3,144 square feet and are available on 35’, 40’, and 45’ lots. Prices for these new Oshawa singles start at an affordable price of $389,900.

Impressions - via Fieldgate Homes Impressions - via Fieldgate Homes

The last spot on this week’s Trimart report is taken by Fieldgate Homes’ Kleinburg community, Impressions. This large community features a wide variety of home types, including rear lane townhomes, 28’ semis, and detached homes on 28’, 30’, 38’, and 44’ lots. The homes range from 1,688 to 3,479 square feet and prices start at $519,990. This historic village is one that can accommodate anyone looking for the quiet life, but still wants easy access to daily family amenities.
