Cachet Estates unveils Estates of Credit Ridge

By on Jul 09, 2010

On Saturday, July 17 Cachet Estate Homes will officially launch its building program at the remarkable new Estates of Credit Ridge Community in Brampton. This event has been hotly anticipated by would-be home buyers in Peel Region and beyond.

For the past two years the developer of Credit Ridge has been preparing the 1,000-acre site of this new master planned community. There have been roads to build, sewers and street lighting to install, new ponds and water features to create and acre after acre of parkland to organize. Now that the land is ready the team at Cachet Estate Homes can’t wait to unveil it!

"It is truly a remarkable new community," says Desi Auciello, President of the family company Cachet Estate Homes. "For many families a home at Credit Ridge will be the defining point of their success in life. "It is the best address in Peel Region."

Cachet will build 115 homes at Credit Ridge; about 75 of them are already sold. The tremendous pre-sale demand, especially in light of an economy still in recovery mode is a measure of both the setting and the impressive design and quality of its homes. The 40- to 60-foot lots from Cachet are in the very heart of Credit Ridge and will overlook serene ponds, verdant parklands and some even back on the Credit River.

The Credit Ridge homes come in three distinct architectural elevations -- French Chateau, Provincial or Traditional. For each of those three basic styles there are 20 different designs, allowing buyers to customize their new homes. Features include rear walkouts, finished full-height basements, the option to expand living space by finishing off the loft, open plan kitchens and family rooms and opulent master ensuites.

Among the remaining unsold homes are 4,000-square-foot, four bedroom, three-bath beauties with double car garages starting at just $690,000. Want something considerably bigger? The largest unsold home measures in at 5,351 square feet, has a three-car garage, five bedrooms and sell for $969,000.

Starting at 1 pm on the 17th and running through to 4 pm, Cachet will welcome civic leaders, those who have already bought at Credit Ridge through pre-sales, those with an interest in buying and indeed anyone who wants a sneak peak at the homes that will soon rise up from the ground at Credit Ridge.

Cachet will have a marquee tent on site at 9240 Creditview Road, kick off the celebration with a brief Groundbreaking Ceremony and then devote the rest of the day to a barbecue, complete with things like balloon sculpting and games for the kiddies and a community bus tour.

"It has been a long two years leading up to this moment," Mr. Auciello says. "But everyone who comes by to join us on the 17th will have to agree it has been worthwhile."
