Celebrating the Year of the Horse at Minto30Roe

By Lucas on Jan 31, 2014

On Jan. 30, Minto celebrated the Chinese New Year at Minto30Roe up at Yonge and Eglinton in Toronto with brokers and homebuyers!

Xin Nián Kuài Lè Yonge and Eglinton!

When it comes to throwing parties, Minto doesn’t mess around. To bring in the year of the horse, Feng Shui master Paul Ng made some predictions for 2014. According to Ng, this year is all about shaking things up and heading in new directions, and what better way to do that than to purchase a new condo in the heart of a blossoming neighbourhood! Also, beware of high winds and floods; you can easily avoid winds at Minto30Roe being so close to the subway, and as for floods...the higher you live, the better!

Another highlight of the event was the whole roasted pig and dim sum presented by Michael Tong and his team from Sublime Catering. When was the last time you were at an event with a Feng Shui master and a whole roasted pig?

Of course, people didn’t just show up for the dim sum. Minto was offering some great incentives on the remaining units at Minto30Roe. All the one-bedroom suites were $10,000 off and the two-bedroom suites were $15,000 off! Plus, you only needed to put down 5%!
