CityTowns brings even more options to Brampton homebuyers

With well over 4,000 new low-rise sales this year, we can already say that Brampton will top the list of best selling cities in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). And there’s good reason for it. Brampton is a highly desirable area for growing families because of the amount of convenient amenities, and builders recognized the city as an area with great potential years ago and started buying up all the developable land. One new housing development that we are pretty excited about is actually an infill community by Fieldgate Homes and Paradise Developments, called CityTowns at Valleylands.  

CityTowns will feature a collection of two- and three-storey contemporary townhomes with open concept floor plans. Many of the designs will also offer additional bedrooms and family rooms in order to accommodate families of all sizes. A few of the closest schools to CityTowns are Copeland Public School, St. Brigid School, and Saint Augustine Secondary School. Grocery shopping is also a cinch with No Frills nearby and an M&M Meat Shops just south of Steeles, and there is also a large Sobeys at Chinguacousy and Queen.

Getting around Brampton and the rest of the GTA is a breeze with Highways 401, 407, and 410 easily accessible, plus Brampton’s transit system is very reliable. The Mount Pleasant GO Station isn’t far from the community, and once the planned Mississauga/Brampton LRT along Main Street and Hurontario is complete, leaving the car behind will be an even more realistic option.
