Coming Soon: Rise Condominiums

By on Nov 17, 2011

We, at the Toronto Star’s NewInHomes.com, are very pleased to be informed that Reserve Properties’ new development, Rise Condominiums, is moving along smoothly.

Rise Condos Toronto Reserve Properties

Located on the south-east corner of Bathurst Street and St. Clair Avenue, Rise Condos is currently in preconstruction.  Over the past few years, this pocket of Toronto has been going through a kind of rebirth.  A younger crowd has been settling, taking over the older homes, and turning the community into a vibrant locale for young professionals.  There is an abundance of coffee shops and restaurants, and there is a grocery store across the street, and the subway line on the other side.  Builders and developers have recognized the neighbourhood’s fluctuation in young traffic, and Reserve Properties is one of the companies truly seizing this opportunity.

Graziani + Corazza Architects are responsible for the sleek, glass-clad design.  The tower’s uneven quadrant detailing down one corner of the building is reminiscent of anything from the De Stijl movement, an art form based mostly on the geometry of the straight line, the square, and the rectangle, organized in an asymmetrical manner.  The condominium will stand 25 storeys tall, and though it will be among a couple other new developments, it will still make for a unique marking on Toronto’s skyline.

Featuring interiors by the prolific II By IV Design Associates, Rise Condos will be comprised of 320 units, with sizes ranging from 437-865 square feet.  The building will have a wide array of amenities to offer, including outdoor dining space, a fireside lounge, private cabanas, an infinity pool with a staggeringly beautiful view of the city, a library, state-of-the-art workout facilities, a spacious yoga studio, a sauna, and his and hers change rooms.

Everyone in the industry is excited about Rise Condominiums.  Reserve Properties is contributing to the positive change of an already established neighbourhood in the City of Toronto.  Prices for a unit at Rise Condos is starting in the low $200,000s and reaching over $600,000 for some of them.  The completion of Rise Condominiums is planned for 2015, but it is currently in the registration phase, so register and find out more about how you can become a part of the evolving community of Toronto’s northwest pocket.
