Pinnacle International is moving forward with a new project in Mississauga.

Fresh off the heels of its success at Pinnacle Grand Park - its latest Mississagua Development at the corner of Grand Park and Burnamthorpe - Pinnacle has received approval from Mississauga City Council to move forward with "Uptown Mississauga,” a new development at the corner of Eglinton Rd. and Hurontario Rd.

The current approved plan sees two towers, one standing at 25 storey’s, and the other at 28 respectively. The long-term plan is to see Pinnacle develop the entire area into a master planned community.

Pinnacle's vision for the site is to include multiple towers, office and retail space, and a city park on the east side of Cooksville Creek. There is also a plan to see a new urban square. The long-term vision is to see over 3000 new residents at the corner of Hurontario and Eglington.

The City of Mississauga and Pinnacle International will work together to reduce the traffic concerns that the City have brought up. It is expected that The City’s Hurontario Light Rail Transit plan will play a key role in the approval of the future phases approvals.
