Daniels First Access workshops will make you a more confident homebuyer

We just received some exciting news from The Daniels Corporation - they are taking Daniels FirstHome to a whole new level, offering free workshops to make you a more confident homebuyer.
The Daniels First Access workshops will be offered before preview events for Daniels FirstHome communities. At the workshops, you’ll learn about property taxes, the HST rebate, deposit structures, closing costs, the mortgage stress test, and other terms, conditions and policies that first-time buyers may be unfamiliar with. But these workshops aren’t just for first-timers! They’re open to anyone interested in learning more about buying a new home at a Daniels FirstHome community.
Attendance at the workshops is mandatory if you want to receive priority access to the floor plans, prices, and community and model home tours, as well as the preview sales event before the community opens to the general public.
Daniels FirstHome communities are known for their long line-ups. We’ve seen people arrive days early and campout overnight to be among the first in line for a Daniels FirstHome opening. The openings always operate on a first-come, first-served basis, but with the workshops, you can skip the line and not have to worry about camping out to buy a new home.
Another reason you should attend the workshops is because it will grant you access to Daniels’ 5% Gradual Deposit Program and there may also be exclusive incentives offered!
The first workshop will be for Daniels FirstHome Beckenrose 2, which is the final phase of condo townhomes at Rising Hill Ridge and Beckenrose Court where Brampton meets Mississauga.
Beckenrose 2 will feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans priced from the high $300,000s. You have to register right now in order to receive an invite to the free workshop. Remember, attendance at the workshop is mandatory if you want exclusive access to the preview opening before the community opens to the general public. Beckenrose 2 is expected to open for sale this May!
In addition to Beckenrose 2, Daniels FirstHome will also be launching the final phase of Sunny Meadow this year, as well as Daniels FirstHome Markham Sheppard. In June, it will be your final opportunity to buy at Sunny Meadow in Brampton, and Markham Sheppard is expected to open this fall.
