December posts positive low rise sales

December was a positive month for low-rise sales in Ontario. From Brampton to Richmond Hill, buyers where more active than in the past, as witnessed by strong sales figures throughout the Greater Toronto Area.


Boxgrove Arista Homes

This Weeks’ Trimart Report focuses on several sites in the Greater Toronto Area. Seaton by Mattamy Homes tops this week’s hotlist with its 17 sale. Seaton features 1,153 - 1,603 sq. ft. townhomes, starting from $269,990. It also features detached homes on 30' and 36' lots, ranging from 1,150 to 2,436 sq. ft., priced to start at $299,990.

Second on the list is Greenpark Homes’ Castlemore development, with 8 sales in the past month. Castlemore is a Brampton development that features 1,605-2,384 sq. ft. townhomes starting from $329,990. It also features semi-detached homes ranging from 1,710-2,241 sq. ft., priced to start at $345,990. Lastly it also features detached homes on 38' lots, priced to start from $448,990.

Third on the hotlist with 7 sales in the past month is Inspiration, a development by Tribute Communities. Inspiration is a Richmond Hill development that focuses on detached homes on estate lots. The homes range from 2,275 to 3,383 sq. ft., with lots sized 36' - 45' and priced to start at $554,990.

Forth on the list is Boxgrove, a new development by Arista Homes in Markham Ontario. Arista witnessed 7 sales in the past month. The development features semi-detached homes ranging from 1,646 - 2,073 and priced to start at $401,990. It also sees detached homes sitting on 42' lots priced from $557,990.

Fifth on the list with 5 sales is Wyldewood, a development in Collingwood by Brandy Lane Homes. Wyldewood features Bungalow Style Homes, ranging from 570 to 1,285 sq. ft., priced from $134,990. It also offers two story lofts, ranging from 1,125-1,456 sq. ft., priced to start from $216,990.
