We’re eagerly awaiting a rendering of Dwell City Towns because we love when builders and developers think outside the box with low-rise communities. Don’t get us wrong, a traditional design is always a good choice, but sometimes we like when things are mixed up a bit! Of course, Dwell City Towns will be equipped with modern interior features and finishes that will surely complement the exterior designs of the townhomes.

Since a rendering hasn’t surfaced yet, we’ve been getting excited about
Dwell City Towns’ neighbourhood. Located at 2 Holiday Dr., Dwell City Towns will be just minutes from Sherway Gardens, the Etobicoke Civic Centre, some great dining options and entertainment venues, and of course, many parks. Also, Highways 427, 401, and the QEW will be easily accessible from
Dwell City Towns, so travelling downtown Toronto for work or play will always be a breeze.
The heart of Etobicoke is booming at the moment, and for good reason. The area amenities are astounding, the proximity to major transportation arteries and transit is great, and there is a ton of green space! We are very excited for Dwell City Towns to become a part of the great transition that Etobicoke is currently undergoing.
