Emerald City Condominiums, located conveniently along the sheppard subway corridor, will be a self-contained community offering residents strong architecture and exciting amenities all at one of the best locations in Toronto.

The Suites, which will range from one bedroom to two bedrooms plus den, and will be sized from 539 - 10,05 sq. ft., will offer clean-open layouts that offer a spacious feel. The finishes will include engineered hardwood floors, designer kitchens and stone countertops.

To help bring Emerald City 2 to life, EL-AD Group Inc brought together a diverse team that included international design firm WZMH Architects and GNA Interior Designers. The area is home to shops, schools, community centres, as well as parks and services.  Emerald City will even feature an underground connection to the nearby Fairview Mall.

The tower will  offer underground access to the subway from the lower tier the two-storey lobby, which is an excellent option for commuters. With the Don Mills Parkway and 401 nearby, residents can be anywhere in the city and get there quickly.

The ELAD Group is a builder who has made its mark on the real estate industry. Aside from Emerald City, they also have been responsible for many iconic buildings throughout North America, including the Olympic Village and Westmount Square, two high profile Montreal residential developments.

Emerald City 2 will be opening its doors to the City of Toronto on Saturday, February 26th at 12pm. The team at EL-AD will be offering up to $5,000 in builder upgrades.

The sales centre is located on Sheppard Ave. across from the Fairview mall, and will be open Monday - Thursday from 11am - 6pm, and on Saturday and Sunday from Noon - 5pm.
