Empire brings new project to Humber Bay

Humber Bay has been one of the hottest areas for development in the past few years with iLoft and California Condos by Camrost Felcorp, Ocean Club by Graywood Developments and South Beach Condos by Amexon. According to reports, there is a new tower coming to the area.
Jamie Seigel of Cushman and Wakefield has confirmed to the Toronto Star’s NewInHomes.com that Empire Communities has purchased 2183 Lakeshore Road West, the site of the Beach Lake Hotel.
"2183 Lakeshore Road West was bought by Empire Communities" Seigel said.
As part of the sale, Cushman and Wakefield had started the zoning process on behalf of the future buyer.
"Zoning is not approved yet, but it’s quite far along"
There is a current proposal for the area, however the expectation is that Empire will move forward with a new and fresh look.
"There is not any final drawings or renderings done yet, the buyer will probably change those designs, and build something spectacular"
