Evolution: Under Construction!

We at the Toronto Star's NewInHomes.com are extremely pleased to announce that Beaverbrook Homes' new condominium development, Evolution, is well underway, and everything seems to be moving along smoothly.

Evolution will consist of 138 units, ranging in sizes from 608-1,140 square feet.  A selection of layouts are available, ranging between one-bedroom and two-bedroom+den floor plans.  The interiors will feature large living spaces with floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood flooring throughout, imported tile in the bathrooms, granite countertops and European-style cabinetry in the kitchens, and designer lighting where applicable.  Also, ceilings will span from 9’ to 12’, depending on the unit.
