Families flock to Upper Valleylands in Brampton/Caledon for new release event!

Last weekend, families flocked to the Upper Valleylands sales centre in Brampton to buy a new home on the Brampton/Caledon border.
Leading up to the new release event, Fieldgate Homes released starting prices, deposit details, and even the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, so prospective purchasers were well prepared to buy their dream home upon arrival at the sales centre.
According to Fieldgate, the first couple buyers were sitting down to sign their Agreements within the first few minutes. In anticipation of the large crowd, Fieldgate set up a white tent outside with refreshments so people in line could comfortably wait for their number to be called.
Fieldgate has a history of success in Brampton with their Valleylands community, as well as Cobblestones South. Upper Valleylands at Mayfield and Chinguacousy Rd. is also transforming into a well established community with construction underway and families calling the community home.
So, when the news came out that Upper Valleylands was opening with a release of new lots, families in search of a new home in Brampton or Caledon took notice.
One of the best things about the Upper Valleylands location is that you get the best of both worlds. Brampton offers all the amenities you need on a daily basis like grocery stores, schools, banks, places of worship, shopping, dining, and entertainment. Caledon has a selection of amenities too, as well as stunning natural landscape and a small town vibe.
