February: Developers of Tomorrow

Our blog’s new theme for the month of February is “Developers of Tomorrow.”
No, we’re not talking about welding by jetpack or hover-cranes (as awesome as that would be). We’ll be interviewing many of the home building industry’s newest, youngest, and brightest working professionals. Some of them may look baby-faced or have a pimple or two, but they’re the ones that will be leading the industry 10 years down the road, so you better get to know them now!
So, if you’re a youngster who just started working for a home builder or condo developer, we want to hear from you! We don’t care if you’re a secretary, mailroom clerk, marketing strategist, or VP of whatever - we want to know how you got started, where you want to end up, and how you’re going to get there.
Most importantly, we want to know how you’re planning on changing the industry for the better. What will the industry be like when your generation is in charge?
