Trimart Research Corporation is reporting strong sales success for Fieldgate Homes, continuing with itheir success in Milton.  This weeks’ Trimart low-rise sales report takes a look at some of the top sales sites in the West, specifically Brampton, Milton and Oakville.


Milton Trails Fieldgate Homes

Tops on the List is Mattamy Homes “On the Boyne” development in Alliston Ontario. On the Boyne features detached homes ranging from 1,049 - 2,675 sq. ft., priced to start at $199,990. One the Boyne witnessed 11 sales in the past month.

Second on the list is Fieldgate Homes“Milton Trails” development, which saw 10 sales in the past month. It features townhomes ranging from 1,498 - 1,969 sq. ft. starting at $321,990. It also features semi-detached homes ranging from 1,445-1,946 sq. ft., priced at $337,990. There are many detached home options, including both 38' and 43' lots, with homes ranging from 1,675 - 3,042. Prices for detached homes start at $411,990.

Third on the list is Starlane Homes "Woodland Trails" development in Oakville. Woodland Trails offers strong options for buyers with both townhome and semi- detached homes. The townhomes range from 1,609 - 1,905 sq. ft., and are priced to start at $385,900. The semi-detached models range from 1,554-1,818 sq. ft., and are priced to start at $430,900. Woodland Trials had strong success in the past month, with 10 sales.

Fourth on the Trimart list is Monarch Homes’ “Strawberry Fields” development in Brampton. Monarch Homes witnessed 4 sales in the past month. Strawberry Fields offers buyers both townhomes and detached models in multiple floorplans. It features townhomes ranging from 1,652 - 2,374 sq. ft., priced from $319,990. It also features detached homes, ranging from 1,944-3,613 sq. ft, on 43' and 50' lots, with prices starting at $480,990.

The fifth development on the list is Great Gulf homes “Summerlyn Village” development in Bradford, which saw 3 sales in the past week. Summerlyn Village features detached homes on 36’ lots, with models ranging from 1,475-2,740 sq ft. Prices at Summerlyn Village start at $335,990.
