Grand Model Opening at Rosehaven's Gibson Heights

Rosehaven Homes opened six spectacular model homes at Gibson Heights in Thorold on Saturday April 2nd.

A large crowd of many hundreds was on hand to enjoy food and refreshments and to tour all six model homes. The pace of construction activity on site was a surprise to speaker and MP Malcolm Allen who said that “it was not so long ago that we were standing in this field and all there was, was an excavator”.

Rosehaven’s designs have been very well received by the local community since they first launched. Niagara Regional Councillor Henry D’Angela, who was also in attendance said that “It is great to have Rosehaven part of our community”.

Also on hand was Ted Luciani, Mayor of Thorold who said “I would like to thank Rosehaven for deciding that Thorold is a great place to do business and we look forward to many years of building”.

Gibson Heights offers a great selection of 30’ attached singles and freehold towns available from the $230’s as well as a few detached homes remaining on 45’, 40’ and 36’ lots with pre-construction pricing from the $290’s.
