King Blue Model Suite Tour

By Lucas on Oct 29, 2012

Yesterday, the NewInHomes.com team headed over to King Blue Condos’ sales centre to check out the model suite! We attempted to get some decent shots of it a couple weeks ago at the “VIP Friends and Family Event,” but it was a full house, making for some pretty crowded photos. Luckily, we were able to arrange for a tour lead by Reetu Gupta, the VP of Sales and Marketing for Easton’s Group.

The floorplan that Reetu guided us through is called Madeline, a three-bedroom, 930 square foot unit.  There is an island in the kitchen, a separate area for dining, and one of the bedrooms has been transformed into a cozy office space.  Madeline is definitely ideal for a young professional who desires a place they can call home, but also get some work done.Reetu explained that Madeline is decorated with all standard finishes, even the granite countertops and glass backsplashes are standard!  Most of the time, model suites show off the upgrades, but at King Blue, what you see is what you get.  And we have to say, the Munge Leung designed interiors are exquisite.

Another great feature of Madeline, and many other units, is the wrap-around balcony that runs the length of two sides of the unit.  Obviously, we didn’t get to experience the spacious balcony, but this unit is available on floors 10-16, 19-25, 28-34, and 37-44, so if you end up with the Madeline, you’re in for some sweet views.

King Blue was designed by Page + Steele/IBI Group Architects, and the interiors are by the renowned firm Munge Leung.  With more than 800 units ranging from 400 to 1,100 square feet, and an array of luxurious amenities, including an expansive rooftop garden, we are certain that King Blue will sell quickly! Oh, and did we mention that prices are starting in the mid $200,000s — a crazy deal for one of Toronto’s most desirable locations.

We extend our thanks to Reetu Gupta for the great tour.Check out more photos of the King Blue model suite on our Facebook page!
