Lighthouse Tower on Toronto’s Waterfront is now 70% sold!

A year after Daniels broke ground at Lighthouse Tower in the Daniels Waterfront - City of the Arts community in Toronto, the landmark residential condo is now 70% sold!

This weekend, March 12th and 13th, Quebec Original is hosting the first ever Sugar Beach Sugar Shack Festival, right across the street from Daniels Waterfront. Naturally, Daniels is one of the major sponsors of the event.

The Sugar Shack Festival will feature delicious treats like maple taffy on snow, hot chocolate, and other authentic Quebecois food, and there will be fun activities and performances including skating, ice sculpting, cooking demos, and traditional French Canadian music. Daniels will be serving up cake at their presentation centre and will be inviting people to tour their stunning model suite.

One of the amazing thing about Daniels is that they typically start construction right away. Usually, a development would have to hit the 70% or 75% milestone in order to break ground. Since Daniels is capable of starting early, their projects are always a year or so ahead compared to other projects in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) that launch at the same time.

Given the amazing location across the street from Sugar Beach near Jarvis, we’re not surprised that Lighthouse Tower is already 70% sold. Daniels has a spotless reputation for master-planned building not only in the GTA but in the east end of Toronto. Their Regent Park revitalization has made all the difference in that neighbourhood.

Of course, Daniels Waterfront will be bringing a lot to the quickly developing lakeside area. There is a commercial condo where office units are being sold and there will be plenty of public, walkable areas like Sugar Beach North and The Yard, which will be a European style strip of retail.

Daniels also got creative when it comes to the 25,000 indoor and outdoor club-style amenity spaces at Lighthouse Tower. On the third floor, the outdoor amenities include a full-size tennis court and full-size basketball court, as well as a community garden. The indoor amenities include a fitness centre, a yoga studio, a jam studio for musicians, an art & crafts room for artists, and a kitchen library for collaborating on meals and sharing appliances.

On the 11th floor, there is a whole other collection of amenities, including a fireside lounge, a party room, a sports and billiard lounge, a cocktail pool, private cabanas, and a sun deck. Whether you’re relaxing on your own, mingling with neighbours, or entertaining friends, Lighthouse Tower can accommodate you.

The units at Lighthouse Tower range from studios to three-bedroom+family units, with the studios around 400 square feet and the largest units reaching well over 2,000 square feet. With such a wide variety of floor plans, Daniels has seen first-time buyers, young working professionals, downsizers, and investors purchasing at the first phase of Daniels Waterfront.

The interior spaces are all designed by the renowned firm, Cecconi Simone. The units boast high quality features and finishes, such as 9’ ceilings, laminate flooring, imported ceramic, and custom designed kitchens that have under cabinet lighting, quartz countertops, and Miele appliances.
