LINK2 Launches with Great Success in Burlington!

By Lucas on Oct 23, 2014

When Adi Development Group launched Mod’rn Condos in Burlington nearly two years ago, the response was shocking. They ended up selling 95 percent of their units in just 12 hours! Guess what? That demand for modern-contemporary condo living has not waned.

We saw the same enthusiasm for affordable condo living when Adi Development released the first phase of LINK Condos + Towns about a year ago. Condo buyers wanted more of LINK so badly that Adi Development decided to release the second phase, LINK2 Condos + Lofts, ahead of schedule (a rare occurrence in the new home industry).

LINK2 was scheduled to be launched in spring 2015, but with the demand so strong, Adi Development didn’t see a point in waiting, so the second phase opened last weekend! “Feeling such positive energy and high-demand around this project is very encouraging. We’re proud to be providing a solution for Burlington’s next influx of homeowners that not only suits but also exceeds their needs and expectations in terms of amenities, design and lifestyle,” said Saud Adi, COO of Adi Development.

Just like the first time Adi Development opened the doors at the LINK presentation centre, potential homebuyers lined up and piled in to get the first glance of the authentic lofts, garden villas, and condo units. Sublime Catering and Locke St. Bagel Mobile kept everyone going through the afternoon with their tasty hors d’oeuvres.

"It's thrilling to see the tremendous response LINK2 has generated. The public is gravitating towards its superior location and unique design,” said Tariq Adi, CEO of Adi Development. “We're pushing the envelope with modern design and are creating a new way for people to live in Burlington. The response today proves that. We’re excited to continue leading Burlington towards contemporary, smart design as the city’s real estate needs change.”

LINK2 features 154 units, ranging from 437 to 1,644 square feet. The three types of units each have unique offerings, including two-storey window walls overlooking the picturesque Bronte Creek, open concept floorplans, 18’ ceilings, and there are even amazing options for first-time homebuyers with prices starting in the mid $190,000s.

LINK2 providing the condo lifestyle in Burlington

Located at Dundas and Sutton, the LINK development is situated right between all the services and amenities of downtown Burlington and the breathtaking natural surroundings of Bronte Creek (hence the name). This is the perfect opportunity for those who want the condo lifestyle, but don’t necessarily want to live in the heart of a busy downtown core.

LINK is only a few minutes away from Appleby and Dundas, where you will find everything you could ever need from an amenity standpoint. There is a Fortinos and M&M Meat Shops within a short drive, and if you feel like going out to eat, the list of restaurants is nearly endless.

Another convenient aspect of LINK’s location is that it is only a few minutes away from Highway 407 ETR, so anywhere else in the Greater Toronto Area is easily accessible. Of course, Burlington is bordered by Oakville and Hamilton, and downtown Toronto is a little over a half hour drive away.

As you can tell from the photos, the launching of LINK2 was very successful, but you haven’t missed out yet. There are still a few choice units remaining! To learn more about the available units at LINK2 Condos + Lofts by Adi Development Group, visit the presentation centre at 5210 Dundas Street Monday to Thursday from 12 to 6pm or on weekends 12 to 5 pm.
