The Marquee Townhomes: Now Open!

Big news - The Marquee Townhomes by Pinnacle International has launched! Of course, we had to stop by the presentation centre to check out the opening.
The Marquee Townhomes will feature 100 homes in Pinnacle’s Mississauga community, Pinnacle Uptown. By the time we got to the presentation centre, a few homes had already sold, and more potential buyers kept showing up throughout the afternoon.
Pinnacle is really mixing things up with this new offering. The feature that stands out the most is the Marquee Club. It will feature an outdoor swimming pool with lounge space and a hot tub, an indoor exercise facility, a multi-purpose party room, and an outdoor playground for the kids. When was the last time you saw a townhome community with its own amenity spaces?
We had an opportunity to chat with Pinnacle’s VP of Sales & Marketing Anson Kwok to learn more about The Marquee Townhomes. “This our more family-oriented offering in the Uptown community,” Kwok said, explaining that many larger families prefer the low-rise lifestyle, but still want the luxuries and perks of a condo.
Kwok also explained that Pinnacle is currently working on the beautification of Cooksville Creek, which will run along the southwest edge of The Marquee Townhomes. A pedestrian bridge will be built so that residents have quick and easy access to a 15-acre park, which is in the process of being designed by the City of Mississauga.
There is just one floorplan available at The Marquee Townhomes, which features three bedrooms and 2,005 square feet of living space (an alternate floorplan is available upon request).
Some of the incredible interior features and finishes include premium designer cabinetry, granite or caesarstone countertops, porcelain and ceramic tiling, deep soaker tubs in the elegant bathrooms, 9’ main floor ceilings, and electric fireplaces.
