Mattamy, Fieldgate, and Great Gulf Dominate the Trimart Hot Spot

This week’s report from Trimart Research Corporation continues from last week, highlighting strong sales throughout October. According to Trimart, out of all the new releases and openings throughout the month, the most successful ones were the ones that “provided the best possible value.” Of course this was the case, and that’s why so many incredible builders are featured on this week’s report.

Listed below are a few notable sites of last month:

Taking the first position is Trimart Veteran, Mattamy Homes, with their community Mount Pleasant North/Village, which saw 49 sales last month. Located in Brampton, the Greater Toronto Area’s (GTA) top selling low-rise city, the community features village homes, three-storey townhomes, and 30’ and 38’ detached homes, ranging from 612 to 2,808 square feet. With a wide range of home types and prices starting at $202,990, Mount Pleasant North/Village is perfect for both growing families and first-time homebuyers.

Trafalgar Landing - via Great Gulf Trafalgar Landing - via Great Gulf

Coming in second with 36 sales last month is Trafalgar Landing, a new townhome community by Great Gulf. Located in Oakville, this exciting community features a wide selection of townhomes ranging from 1,705 to 2,015 square feet. Oakville isn’t one of the GTA’s top three selling cities, but there are many new communities underway in the town, and Great Gulf is known for building premium residences is prime locations.

Impressions - via Fieldgate Homes Impressions - via Fieldgate Homes

The third position is taken by Impressions, a large community in Kleinburg by Fieldgate Homes. There were 29 sales at Impressions last month, and many of the sales can be attributed to the new luxurious model home that opened at the beginning of the month. The community features rear-lane townhomes, 28’ semis, and 28’, 30’, 38’, and 44’ detached homes, ranging from 1,688 to 3,479 square feet. Prices start at $519,990.

Lotus Pointe - Via Starlane Lotus Pointe - Via Starlane

Coming in fourth is Lotus Pointe by Starlane Homes. During the opening month, there were 20 sales at Lotus Pointe. Located in Caledon, the community features an array of 38’ detached homes, ranging from 1,925 to 2,977 square feet. Prices start at $579,990. The best part about Lotus Pointe’s location is that it is on the south end of Caledon, so it is surrounded by the natural beauty of Caledon, but also on the edge of all the urban amenities of Brampton that you need on a daily basis.

Since Starlane’s offering at Lotus Pointe came in fourth, it’s no surprise that Fieldgate Homes saw a similar amount of success with their offering of 38’ and 43’ detached homes. Last month, Lotus Pointe opened to the public and Fieldgate saw 18 sales! The homes range from 2,052 to 3,382 square feet and prices start at $599,990.

Friday Harbour - Geranium Homes Friday Harbour - Geranium Homes

The final position on this week’s Trimart report is snagged by Friday Harbour, an Innisfil community by Geranium Homes. This community also saw 18 sales last month. The master-planned resort-style community features many urban townhomes ranging from 433 to 1,766 square feet, as well as condo units. This year, resort-style communities became very popular in lakeside locations, and Friday Harbour is easily one of the best! Prices start at $229,900.
