Recently, Menkes posted a few photos on their Facebook page of a model suite at their One Sherway Condos development, and since it’s Interior Design Month, we leapt at the opportunity to spread the word about this great development in Etobicoke.

The model suite at One Sherway

The One Sherway model suite that Menkes featured on Facebook is in Tower Two of the development, which is located at 225 Sherway Gardens Road. The large windows allow an abundance of natural light to flow through the interior, making it seem even more spacious than it already is.

The layout is simple. The kitchen and living area promote an open-concept lifestyle, while the one bedroom is set off to the side. The floorplan features a perfect balance between private and social areas.

About One Sherway Condos

There are four towers at One Sherway, and Tower Four is currently under construction. One Sherway is actually being developed by Great Gulf, as well.
