Motif Lofts set to debut on Ossington

By on Oct 22, 2010

Reserve Properties announces Motif Lofts and Townhomes, coming soon to the corner of Ossington at Queen. Motif Lofts and Townhomes will be at the forefront in the transition of one of Toronto’s most unique neighbourhoods.

“It’s a neighborhood that’s really taken off,” says Shane Fenton of Reserve Properties.  ”From parks to unique restaurants and galleries, the Art + Design District offers significant cultural amenities, making it a very desirable place to live.”

Designed by Toronto design firm RAWdesign and award winning interior design firm II by Design Associates, Motif will feature a 5 story loft structure, framed by Charcoal Brock. The top stories will feature two storey penthouse lofts, with outdoor spaces on both levels, including rooftop terraces. Lofts will start from only $315,900 and Townhomes from $829,900.

The townhomes, which will feature charcoal grey brick and trimmed with natural IPE wood, will front on Rebecca St, and range from 1886 Sq. Ft to 2400 Sq. ft. The Exteriors of the Townhomes will respect the feel for the neighborhood by maintaining a main street feel. They will also be backed with a large terrace, with off the main living areas as well as the master living area.

The Lofts, which will be offered in both one and two bedroom suites, will range from 636 Fq. Ft. to 1426 Sq. Ft., will offer exposed ceilings and rustic wide planked floors.

“It’s not trying to be anything but what it is,” says Dan Menchios, of  II BY IV Design Associates, “a reflection of the authenticity of the neighbourhood.”
