Ontario-based II BY IV Design Associates is owned equally by Dan Menchions and Keith Rushbrook. It has experienced steady, sustainable growth since its founding in 1990.
In fact, II BY IV's work has touched every aspect of Canadians' daily lives where they live, work, study, shop,
dine, and party. The firm's work demonstrates an expert interpretation of current and emerging consumer lifestyles,
attitudes, and expectations.In Canada and internationally, II BY IV has been honoured with more than 70 awards for interior home design, lighting home design,
and the design of furniture and furnishings in restaurants, nightclubs, showrooms, and retail and office projects. Thework has been featured in TV productions and in countless publications in Canada, America, Europe, and Japan. In 1992,
1996, and 1999, Menchions and Rushbrook were declared Designers of the Year.
But perhaps the most meaningful honour the firm has ever received has been the Financial Post Design Effectiveness
Award, the only Canadian home design competition in which the judges make their selection based on whether the home design has provided the client with a competitive edge. This award recognized that II BY IV's work works.

Heather Segreti has been a designer for over 15 years, and her roots in both commercial and home design complement
each other to bring innovative ideas to each custom project. She has worked for the past seven years with private clients
and specialty commercial projects.
