New low-rise inventory continues to decline through the busy spring season

By Lucas on May 27, 2016

While new low-rise sales in the Total Market Area (TMA) have shown steady gains throughout 2016, there has been a moderate decline in inventory over the last three months, according to Trimart Research Corporation. So far, 26.8% of the annual Trimart forecast has been achieved, and that’s not including all of the busy spring season sales.

Listed below are a few notable low-rise sites of the last month:

Springvalley in Brampton by Royal Pine Homes Springvalley by Royal Pine Homes

Placing first on this week’s Trimart Hot Spots list is Springvalley Village in Brampton, a successful community by Royal Pine Homes. Last month, there were 41 sales at the community, resulting in the semis and 38’ detached homes selling out. There is still a selection of 46’ detached homes, ranging from 3,180 to 3,610 square feet, priced from $949,990. There is also a new collection of 50’ detached homes that will be released soon!

Westfield in Brampton by Great Gulf Westfield by Great Gulf

Coming in second is another Brampton community that quickly sold out of its inventory. Westfield by Great Gulf saw 29 sales last month and the 20’ townhomes are now sold out. The 24’ townhomes are temporarily sold out, but there will be a new release coming soon. These townhomes ranged from 1,680 to 2,465 square feet, and townhomes in Brampton are one of the hottest items out there right now, so it’s not surprising that the community sold so well.
