One Bloor, a development over 5 years in the making, has finally opened its doors to the public.

One Bloor Toronto Great Gulf

Tucked away in a quaint pocket at 33 Bloor St. E., the sales office was filled with energy and excitement as future owners made their way into the sales centre.

The bold design and iconic location of One Bloor St. brought people from far and wide to see the most talked about development in Toronto.

The building itself will be known for its unique design and look. Designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects, One Bloor will have the reputation as one of the more distinct and visually commanding buildings in Toronto. With its strong curves and its modern, contemporary look, there is no doubt that One Bloor will live up to the reputation befitting the address.

Currently planned to go 64 storey’s and hold 690 suites, this bold and futuristic design will feature over 100,000 sq. ft. of ground floor retail, and should attract some of the biggest names in retail.

The suites, which range from one bedroom to two bedroom plus den, and will range from 535 to 1727 sq. ft. The units - designed by Cecconi Simone - will feature 9ft ceilings, designer pre-finished engineered flooring, stainless steel appliances and your choice of stone countertops.

Founded in 1987, Great Gulf is a developer with a vast, successful portfolio in the real estate industry.  Charlie at King St. W, X Condos and X2 Condos, and the Regency at Bloor and Yonge all bear testament to their diverse approach to modern design. They have over 20 million sq. ft. of industrial, retail and office space in their portfolio.

The Sales Centre is located at 33 Bloor St. E, is open from Monday to Thursday from 12pm to 6pm, and Saturday and Sunday 12-5pm. The Sales Centre can be contacted at 416-922-0081.
