One Sherway: Move into this Spring!

One of Etobicoke’s most exciting condo developments in the works right now has to be Great Gulf and Menkes’ One Sherway.

The Towers of One Sherway

Early on February 5, 2013, Menkes posted a construction photo on their Facebook page of Tower 3 and Tower 4. Both towers are looking great, and according to Menkes, they will be ready for you to move in this spring!

Great Gulf and Menkes are also hard at work on the Final Tower at One Sherway. Construction is underway, and we hope to receive more photos of its progress in the coming weeks/months. It seems like just yesterday that we were anticipating the first two towers, and now they’re on the Final Tower. It’s very exciting! 

As of the beginning of February, there are only units available in Tower 4 and the Final Tower. The sizes of the remaining units range from 552 to 1,261 square feet. Some of the impressive interior features and finishes include stainless steel appliances, large windows, chrome fixtures, and stylish lighting. 

One Sherway in Etobicoke
