Last weekend, the Newinhomes.com team had the pleasure of attending the opening of Fairgate Homes’ Upper Stouffville community. With appointment bookings scheduled for the entire day and only about 50 homes available, it comes to no surprise that they completely sold out in just one day!

Even though there were appointments booked, families starting showing up early. There were even a few people there at 5 am on Saturday, and the doors for the first appointments didn’t open until 10 am! There was also another family that drove all the way from Montreal to purchase a new home in Stouffville. The fact that someone would drive over five hours to an opening speaks to the quality of both Fairgate Homes’ new community and the incredible Stouffville neighbourhood. The first phase of Upper Stouffville featured townhomes, ranging from 1,300 to 1,800 square feet, and detached homes, ranging from 2,200 to 2,800 square feet.

The first phase of Upper Stouffville is actually the beginning of the fourth phase of Fairgate Homes’ master-planned Fairgate Meadows community. The opening of Upper Stouffville is a huge milestone in Fairgate’s 30-year tradition of building premium homes in the area. For the last three decades, Fairgate has done a tremendous job at adding to and complementing the historic fabric of Stouffville. The traditional low-rise designs of brick and stone accent the streetscape, blending the old and the new seamlessly into one entity that so many families are deciding to call home.
