Rosehaven Homes is achieving wonderful success with their ongoing program for helping low income families move into their own home. In the last quarter alone new homeowners completing customer satisfaction surveys raised $1,340 for Habitat for Humanity in Halton.

Each homeowner receives a series of customer satisfaction surveys that help Rosehaven measure their customers’ experience from purchase to One Year Anniversary of occupancy. For every survey completed, Rosehaven donates $20 to Habitat for Humanity

“So we remind our homeowners to be sure to fill their surveys out. It’s quick and it gives us valuable insight to improve the quality of the homebuying experience…and our homeowners feel good knowing that they are making a real difference for people in our community who need a hand up.” says Rosehaven Marketing Director Heather Weeks.

Habitat for Humanity makes affordable housing accessible to working families with low-incomes by building homes using volunteer labour and donated materials.
