This 22 story - 286 unit condominium is quickly rising at the corner of Glendora Ave and Yonge St, offering residents the convenience of living minutes to North York City Centre and Yonge St. and Tradewind Ave. 

The units at Savvy range from one to two bedroom plus den floorplans, with suites ranging from 545 to 1,030 sq. ft., and feature your choice of designer kitchen cabinetry with standard polished granite countertops, energy star stainless steel appliances and a selection of premium plank laminate flooring in the living areas. 

Savvy will also feature the Savvy Townhomes at Cosmo, which will be three different blocks of townhomes at street level, plus the townhomes that have been incorporated into the towers podium.
