Spectra Condos: Now Selling!

By on Mar 09, 2012

A few months ago, we at the Toronto Star’s NewInHomes.com talked a little about what Concord Cityplace has to offer.  We touched on its potential, its rapid growth, and the decent chunk of skyline that it is contributing to Toronto.  Today, we would like to focus in a bit more on a specific project that is helping Cityplace become the vibrant urban neighbourhood that we expect it to be.  Presenting, Spectra Condos.

Spectra Toronto Concord Adex

Concord Adex released the project’s renderings and details a while ago, but we feel that because of Cityplace’s magnitude, Spectra did not receive all of the attention that it should have.  Located at Fort York Blvd. and Dan Leckie Way, Spectra will soar to 39 storeys in a modern-contemporary fashion.  From the minds of RAW Design, the tower will be luxurious, yet functional, sleek, but modest.  Hints of colour will line the sides of the building, brighten up our skyline, and bring even more energy to the area.

The Cityplace neighbourhood has it all.  From day to night, the entertainment never ends.  Restaurants line the streets, bars and clubs are steps away, and the Rogers Centre and Air Canada Centre are right around the corner!  With Union Station down the street, and the Spadina and Bathurst streetcars within minutes, getting to any other part of Toronto is a breeze.  Speaking of breezes, Toronto’s Waterfront, which is currently being revitalized, lies just south of Cityplace, and will surely bring even more shades of life to the area once complete.

Amenities, amenities, amenities.  The list is huge.  Besides featuring a rooftop lounge equipped with barbecue stations, Spectra will also have The Prisma Club, an expansive facility with an indoor pool with a lounge, and an outdoor hot tub.  The building is designed for you to feel relaxed and content, so there are many comfortable lounge spaces, a theatre room, a billiards and cards room, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, and even a massage room!  The combination badminton and half-basketball court will be great for those of you who are looking for fun and exercise!

Spectra will feature a wide collection of condominiums and townhomes, ranging in sizes from 438 to 1,008 square feet.  The interiors are sleek, clean, cool, and pure.  Cutting-edge design is very important for Concord Adex.  Their Cityplace project is huge and is occupying some of the most desirable real estate in the downtown core.  The site offers great potential and they are trying their hardest to provide residences that do the area justice.

Prices at Spectra Condos are starting in the low $200,000s, and reaching the $600,000s.  Units are currently selling, and with the combination of style, area, and amenities, we are certain that they will move fast.  If you want to live in one of Toronto’s most vibrant neighbourhoods, check out a unit today! Please, do not miss this opportunity.

Stay tuned the the Toronto Star’s NewInHomes.com, as we will be releasing more information on Spectra Condos as construction begins.
