Success continues at Milton Trails

Milton Trails continues to be one of the hottest developments in the Greater Toronto Area.

Fieldgate realized 13 sales in the past month at Milton Trails. It features townhomes ranging from 1,498 - 1,969 sq. ft. starting at $321,990. It also offers semi-detached homes ranging from 1,445-1,946 sq. ft., priced at $337,990. There are many detached home options, including both 38' and 43' lots, with homes ranging from 1,675 - 3,042. Prices for detached homes start at $411,990.

Second on the Trimart list is Summerlyn Village, a Bradford development by Great Gulf Homes.  Summerlyn Village is located on Holland Street West, just east of Highway 400. It features detached homes on 36' lots, with prices starting from $335,990. Summerlyn Village witnessed 13 sales this past weekend.

Mattamy Homes continue their success this week in Pickering with Seaton, which is third on the Trimart list with 10 sales in the past month. Seaton offers a blend of detached homes and townhomes. The townhomes range in size from 1,153 - 1,603 sq. ft., and start at $269,990. The detached homes sit on 30' and 36' lots -- sized from 1,150 - 2,436 sq. ft. --  starting at $299,990.

Fourth on the list is Monarch Homes’ Strawberry Fields development in Brampton. Strawberry Fields is a quiet development that offers 1,652 - 2,374 sq. ft.  Townhomes starting from $319,990 and detached homes from 480,990.  Located off of Kennedy Road north of Mayfield Road in Caledon. Strawberry Fields saw 10 sales last month.

Fifth on the list is Boxgrove, a new development by Arista Homes in Markham Ontario. Arista witnessed 9 sales in the past month. The development features semi-detached homes ranging from 1,646 - 2,073 and priced to start at $401,990. It also offers detached homes sitting on 42' lots priced from $557,990.
