The Clairington: A New Brampton Condominium

When you see or hear the name Castleridge Homes, you automatically think, “Brampton” and “sold out.” Well, don’t worry, it looks like you are going to have another chance to live in a premium Castleridge community, for they have recently launched a new condominium development - The Clairington.

The team at Castleridge has a knack for scanning the city of Brampton for ideal plots of land, pouncing on them, and then designing the perfect community to complement the area. This time, they have really outdone themselves. Located near the corner of Goreway Dr. and Yorkland Blvd., The Clairington will be set on the edge of the Claireville Conservation Area - over 800 acres of stunning greenspace, full of paths, tall trees, and open fields.

Although The Clairington will be enveloped by the beauty of nature, it will still be within a close proximity to all the conveniences and amenities that you desire, such as shopping complexes, restaurants, and recreation centres. Also, major transportation arteries will be easily accessible.

Judging by the rendering that Castleridge has released, it looks as though The Clairington will rise approximately 13 storeys in a modern fashion. Many of the units seem to come with balconies, and the exterior looks like it is comprised mostly of glass and precast. The most interesting thing about this rendering is that the lobby is located directly beside the condo, rather than serving as a podium beneath the building. If that is the lobby of The Clairington, it is something to be excited about, since it rises roughly three storeys and is comprised of mostly glass and steel. It would be nice to come home to that every day.

So far, all we know is that The Clairington will feature a wide collection of one-bedroom floorplans, with prices starting in the mid $200,000s. Castleridge is striving to produce the perfect community for adult living - a residence with a dignified and vibrant atmosphere.

Since the project is currently in the preconstruction phase, we are still waiting on more information, such as interior renderings, suite sizes, and luxurious amenities, but judging by Castleridge’s impressive portfolio, we are certain that they will have something special to share with us very soon!
