Developers, builders, architects, designers, and marketing experts are recognized for the amazing work they do all year, creating new communities, making the GTA one of the best places to live in all of Canada (maybe the world?).

The Home Builder of the Year Awards for Low Rise and High Rise have not been announced yet, but the other Pinnacle finalists have been released. The Riley Brethour Leadership Award, Stephen Dupuis Humanitarian Award, and Lifetime Achievement Award finalists are also to be announced.
