The highly anticipated Richlands opening is just days away!

By Newinhomes on Oct 22, 2019

We are now less than a week away from the highly anticipated new release at Richlands in Richmond Hill, brought to you by four prominent Greater Toronto Area builders; Arista Homes, DECO Homes, Fieldgate Homes, and OPUS Homes.

The Richlands story has been one of success. When the community first launched in 2017, hundreds of buyers came out for the opening. Then in 2018, the community won the Project of the Year Award at the BILD Awards. Since then, the builders have been receiving inquiries about the next release.

Well, the big day is almost here. On October 26, Richlands will open at 11 am, featuring new lots and new home designs, including freehold townhomes, semi-detached homes, as well as 36’ and 43’ detached homes.

You have a choice between traditional and contemporary elevations, which we think is a smart move. Not a lot of builders are doing this at the moment. Some people like the traditional look while other families prefer a more sleek, geometric design. With a good mix of different styles complementing one another, Richlands will have a vibrant streetscape.

One of the primary reasons so many families have expressed interest in Richlands is because of the incredible location at Leslie and Elgin Mills. There are a number of neighbourhood amenities within minutes of Richlands, including schools, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and much more!

A major attraction in the city is Richmond Green Sports Park, which is right across the street from Richlands. There’s a splash park, facilities for organized sports, and plenty of space for families who lead an active lifestyle.
