On Friday May 10, 2013, the Newinhomes.com team had the pleasure of stopping by Emery Homes’ Preview Registrant Opening for their new Pickering community, Town Central.

The Town Central Presentation Centre

The Town Central Presentation Centre is located in Pickering, along Kingston Rd., just west of Liverpool Rd. The Presentation Centre is large and blue, and there are a number of flags for it along Kingston Rd. - you can’t miss it.

We have to say, we were very impressed upon entering the Presentation Centre for Town Central. It is very spacious and bright, the floorplans are clearly mounted, and all the design options are down at one end. Another great feature of the Town Central Presentation Centre is the large amenities map that takes up an entire wall. The Pickering Town Centre is just around the corner from Town Central, so as far as neighbourhood amenities go, there is a lot to show off (but we’ll get to that soon).

There were a number of appointments scheduled for the day, and by the time we got there, a few sales had already been made. By the looks of the schedule, the following Saturday and Sunday were even busier! We’re very excited for Emery Homes to be off to a quick start at Town Central.

Town Central in Pickering

Located at the corner of Liverpool Rd. and Glenanna Rd., Town Central will have access to the best that Pickering has to offer. Of course, one of the huge benefits of Town Central’s location is the proximity to the Pickering Town Centre. Just imagine having department stores, a theatre, a variety of dining options, clothing stores, specialty shops, and a wide array of services within a few minutes of your front door. There’s also a great selection of schools, grocery stores, and parks surrounding Town Central.

What’s available at Town Central

Emery Homes is offering a wonderful selection of two-storey and three-storey townhomes at Town Central, with sizes ranging from 1,636 to 2,178 square feet. Like we said, it was a very busy weekend for Emery Homes at Town Central, so some floorplans may not be available anymore!

The exterior designs of the townhomes at Town Central boast traditional features, such as distinctive gables, columns, front porches, and intricate masonry detailing. We can continue to fawn over the exquisite designs of Town Central, but we think you should just Register and check them out yourself!

We are really looking forward to watching Town Central take shape. The new community will certainly make a strong impact on the already beautiful city of Pickering.
