Toronto’s booming Yonge and Eglinton neighbourhood has taken another step forward in its transformation with Tridel and Beaux Properties officially breaking ground at 101 Erskine, one of the area’s most highly anticipated condo developments.

The 32-storey tower was designed by CS&P Architects, and features a wide variety of floorplans including studios, one-bedroom+dens, two-bedrooms, and two-bedroom+dens.
