Tridel offers the widest selection of North York condo suites

Whether you are looking to move into a new North York condo as soon as possible, within a couple years, or in a few years, Tridel has you covered. Out of all the developers in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Tridel probably has the strongest presence in North York with four developments in the works and one coming soon!
Move to North York today
Tridel has one condo community in North York that is available for immediate occupancy. If you’re looking to move to North York in the very, very near future, you need to check out Argento.
Argento
At Argento, there is a wide selection of one+den and two-bedroom floor plans available. The suites range from 637 to 795 square feet and prices start at $370,000. Located within the Don Ravine system and overlooking Donalda Club golf course, Argento is surrounded by greenery, but also within minutes of North York’s best shopping at Fairview Mall and Shops at Don Mills.

Move to North York soon
If you’re not looking to move to North York right away, then these developments by Tridel are fantastic options since they are currently under construction: Alto and Parkside at Atria, as well as Trio at Atria. Occupancy at Alto and Parkside is scheduled for this year, while Trio’s occupancy is scheduled for spring 2017.
Alto
Alto and Parkside are the first two phases of Tridel’s master-planned Atria community in North York. At Alto, there are a few one+den and two+den floor plans available, ranging from 644 to 754 square feet, with prices starting at $334,250.
At Parkside, there are just two floor plans remaining. There is a 844 square foot, two+den plan starting at $457,000, and there is a 1,185 square foot, three-bedroom plan priced from $616,000.
Like all of Tridel’s condo developments, the Alto and Parkside suites offer high end features and finishes, such as premium plank laminate flooring, granite countertops, ENERGY STAR appliances, stacked washer and dryer, and luxurious 5’ soaker tubs.
Trio
Trio at Atria is the 23-storey, third phase of the master-planned community. this is where you will currently find the largest selection of suites in the Atria community. Trio features one- to three-bedroom suites, ranging from 502 to 940 square feet, with prices starting from as low as $271,000.

Move to North York in a few years
Perhaps you’re not quite ready to make a move, but you want to call North York home in a few years because of the rising value of the area. The recently launched SCALA in Bayview Village and the fourth phase of Atria are your best bets!
SCALA made waves when Tridel released the renderings of the eye-catching design. After a very successful opening, there are still many amazing floor plans available, ranging from studios to three-bedrooms. The suites are sized from 438 to 1,980 square feet and prices start from just $223,000.

SCALA is currently in the preconstruction phase and occupancy is scheduled for fall 2019. The presentation centre is located at 4800 Dufferin Street (entrance B) and is now open to the public!
