Trimart: October Showing more Great Numbers

Leading off this week’s Trimart Hotlist, with a total of 47 sales, is Mulberry Meadows by Sundial Homes. Located in Ajax, Mulberry Meadows features cozy urban towns, ranging from 948 to 1,805 square feet, with prices starting at $229,990. Also available, are some slightly more spacious promenade towns, ranging from 1,406 to 2,167 square feet, priced as low as $276,990. They also feature detached homes on 30’ lots, ranging from 1,195 to 2,052 square feet, and they are starting at $316,990.
Second on the Trimart Hotlist is Pure Living, a project by our friends at Mosaik Homes. Located at the corner of Jane and Rutherford in Maple, Pure Living had 47 sales in its opening month. Pure Living features Urban Townhomes, ranging from 1,049 to 1,372 square feet, priced at $359,990. It also features townhomes, ranging from 1,065 to 1,303 square feet, priced from $429,990.
Fourth on the Trimart Hotlist is Hawthorne Village by Mattamy Homes, which achieved 15 sales last month. Located near the corner of Derry Rd. and James Snow Parkway, Hawthorne Village features townhomes ranging from 1,040 to 1,873 square feet. It also features detached homes on a wide variety of lots, ranging in sizes from 1,150 to 4,031 square feet. Prices at Hawthorne Village start at $299,990.
