With sales reported from Oshawa to Milton, January appears to be a strong opening month for low rise sales in 2011.
First on the Trimart Hot List is Hawthorne Village by Mattamy Homes. Hawthorne Village, which witnessed 24 sales this past month. Hawthorne Village -- which features a mix of townhomes, semis and detached homes -- is located near the corner of Derry Rd and James Snow Parkway. Prices at Hawthorne Village start at $232,990.
Third on the list is Blue Sky by Fieldgate Homes. Blue Sky had 6 sales this past month. Blue Sky is offering 40' and 50' lots, with homes ranging from 1,977 to 3,352. Prices at Blue Sky start at $439,990.
Fourth on the hotlist is Lyndebrook by Lakeview Homes with 6 sales in the past month. Lyndbrook features detached homes on 36' and 40' lots, ranging from 1,625 - 2,970 Sq. Ft. Prices at Lyndrbrook start at $289,990.
Fifth on the Hot List is Grand View by Great Gulf Homes. Located at Taunton Road and Harmony Road in Oshawa, Grand View features detached homes on 36',40' and 50' lots, with homes range from 1,680-3,555 sq. ft. Great Gulf Homes continues to see strong success at Grand View, with 5 sales in the past month. Prices at Grand View start at $266,990.
