Trimart reports strong new home sales

In what is usually a slow time of year for the real estate markets, Trimart Research Corporation is reporting continued strong new home sales in the Western Ontario Region. Citing strong sales at new home openings, Trimart is reporting more strong sales results as 2010 came to  a close. 

The following is a list of some highlight projects from the West region.

First on the Hotlist this week is Greenpark Homes’ Castlemore development.  Castlemore is a Brampton development located at the corner of Castlemore Rd and  The Gore Rd. The site features townhomes from 1,605-2,384 sq. ft., starting at $329,990. They also feature semi-detached homes starting at 1,710-2,241 sq. ft. from $345,990, and detached homes from 2,135 - 2,502 sq. ft. on 38' lots, priced at $448,990. Greenpark Homes witnessed strong success with 19 sales in the  month of November.

Second on the list is Mattamy’s Seaton development in Picking which boasts 18 November sales.The development is located on Brock Road in Pickering. It features a mix of townhomes and detached homes, with prices starting at $269,990.

Third on the weekly Trimart report is Fieldgate Homes with it’s offerings at Milton Trails. Fieldgate Homes has seen strong success at Milton Trails, with 11 sales in the past month. Fieldgate offers townhomes, semi-detached and  detached homes with prices to start at $321,990.

Fourth on the list is Bronte Creek, a development located in Oakville.  Monarch witnessed 4 sales in the past month, likely spurred on by its strong value in an established neibourghood. Bronte Creek features detached homes - ranging from 2,849 - 3,567 Sq. Ft -  with prices starting at $589,990.

Last but not least on the list is Garden Villas Three, a development by Great Gulf  Homes. After a successful launch last month, Garden Villas Three continued its  success into November with 4 sales. Garden Villas Three features condo town  homes ranging from 1,015 - 1,564 Sq. Ft., with prices starting at $259,990.  Located in the highly desired area of Erin Mills, it’s not hard to understand the success that Great Gulf Homes has seen at Garden Villas Three.
