Update: Potter's Bend by Fieldgate Homes

On February 1st, Fieldgate Homes released a great construction update on their stunning Markham community, Potter’s Bend.

According to Fieldgate’s blog, Potter’s Bend already has nine homes that are occupied, and closings on others have started. Almost every unit at Potter’s Bend is undergoing drywalling and finishing, but there are a few units that still need some exterior cladding and roofing. Many of the units are just awaiting their awnings and eavestroughs, which are typically the final touches for a low-rise home. 

As of the beginning of February, there are only seven units available for quick move-ins at Potter’s Bend in Markham, so we recommend that you check them out soon!
