The Winners of the HHHBA 2014 Awards of Distinction

On April 24, the Hamilton-Halton Home Builders’ Association (HHHBA) hosted the 2014 Awards of Distinction. This year, the HHHBA Awards of Distinction focused on four different criteria: Building, Design, Promotion, and Marketing. There were over 200 nominations, but only 30 winners!

Creative Awards
Best Website: Menkes - Millstone on the Park
Best Signage: Adi Development Group - Link Condos + Towns
Best Newspaper Advertisement: Adi Development Group - Link Condos + Towns
Achievement Awards
CSI Award: Homes By DeSantis
Sales Team of the Year: Billie Ventresca and Sandra Veselisin of Homes By DeSantis - Lincoln Square
Salesperson of the Year: Gail Ward of Country Green Homes - The Uptowns of Waterdown
Product Awards
Project of the Year: Country Ridge Estates by Dussin Quality Homes, Marz Homes, Holdings Inc., and Sonoma Homes
Best Condo Unit Under 1,200 Square Feet: Adi Development Group - Link Condos + Towns - Thermae
Best Exterior on a Home 2,500 Square Feet & Over: Losani Homes - Orchard Park - Bordeaux
The big winner of the night, based on the amount of awards taken home, was Adi Development Group, with a total of eight awards!
